I'm 31, I'm technically a baby bat (Someone that's new to the goth scene).
In regards to the gluten-free part, my mom has a serious wheat allergy, I've been curious about the alleged link between gluten and autism but I have yet to find the science to back this up, and I like cooking and testing things in general.

I am the queen of unpopular opinions and will not hesitate to tell then to you, especially if it's about something you hold dear.
I see myself as a good person and not a nice person as there's a lot of "nice" people out there that are just awful.
I really can't stand it when people romanticize time periods, especially the Regency era and the 1950's.
While I do have time periods that I do obsess over fashionwise, foodwise and whatnot, I'd rather be in the time I'm currently in.

I'm a big fan of Tom Hiddleston, even though I haven't seen any he's been in since "Coriolanus".
I believe that ANYONE can be goth, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age, disability, etc. Elitists bullies be damned!
However, I draw the line at anything fascist and anything hate-related. I don't give a flying fuck if you're just wearing that swastika for shock value or you find it sexy, you're giving us a bad reputation.
